imagev2.me provides AI-powered image generation and editing services, enabling users to create original visual content through artificial intelligence technology.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate information, and all activities that occur under your account.
3. Credits and Payments
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating images, with costs varying by resolution (1K, 2K, 4K). Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Unused subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period. Purchased add-on credits do not expire.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs and generate images based on them. For paid plans with commercial licensing, you may use generated images for commercial purposes in accordance with your plan terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or copyright infringement
- Generating NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
- Generating harmful, abusive, violent, or misleading content
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the system
- Circumventing usage limits or credit restrictions
- Reselling or redistributing access to our services without authorization
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Account Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification.
